Flowing Authentically

More often than not, people try to follow systems that they have seen work for other people, but everyone’s energy is different. You have to find a flow that works for you, and not someone else. It’s not a one size fits all situation.

I used to think I was lazy. I thought I lacked SOMETHING. I thought I was missing my passion, drive or just had no energy. I thought I was just a massive procrastinator.

Turns out, it was just that I was trying to match the lifestyle and working/creative process of everyone else around me. I tried to replicate the behavior of different successful people in different areas. But what I WASN’T doing? Finding a system that worked for ME. Or that made me fired up and encouraged and promoted my productivity.

Finally I found my own system. I work best in small blocks of time where I really put my head down and pump out BADASS content or results in whatever I am focusing on.

For me - I don’t need to have a calendar filled to the brim from sunrise to sunset to achieve my results. I can sit down for hour-2hour blocks and produce amazing work!

If you are the person who needs to schedule out every hour and take full days to do work - that’s COMPLETELY okay if that’s what works specifically for YOU!

I think a lot of the reason so many people in the online space burn out is because they are trying to replicate other people’s processes. Should you try them? Yes! Of course! Because that’s how you find what works for you and weed out what doesn’t. But please please please don’t be afraid to create your own process.

It does not have to look a specific way!
