Fresh Tropical Smoothie

No matter what time of year it is, I am always down for a nice fresh, tropical smoothie! This recipe is super easy, and of course can be enjoyed as a healthy treat, or (wink wink) tweaked into an alcoholic beverage. Whatever floats your boat, I definitely think you will enjoy this!

Fresh tropical smoothie RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup unsweetened original almond milk

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ cup frozen mango

  • ½ cup coconut Greek yogurt (or a yogurt of your choice)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Directions:

  • Add all items to blender and blend until smooth!

And that's it! Play around with this recipe, using other fruits, and berries too! There are so many healthy ways to treat yourself! I can't wait to hear what you come up with!
