Libra Full Moon

Hello Mama Moon… we send our love and Gratitude!

Hello Mama Moon… we send our love and Gratitude!

Our next full moon is on April 19th!

I’m so excited and grateful that we have another FULL MOON in Libra this month! If you think about it, it’s really quite special, and gives us another opportunity to really cultivate and create the balance that we desire. If there is anything that still feels off or out of balance, now is the time to be gentle with yourself, and recognize what needs to shift in order for you to live in a higher energetic state.

"Too much of one thing can end up creating stress; this is something that no one needs in their life. But living a life in balance can provide harmony and peace."

—Catherine Pulsifer

Yes! This is the energy that you have been waiting on dear! You're going to experience the clarity that you've been longing for. Make sure that you take some time for self care, as you will be filling your brain with tons of ideas! Whatever unfinished business that is lingering from last month, is perfect to bring to completion during this cycle.

With the full moon, comes full moon fun right?

Full Super Moon in Libra must haves for us:

  • Cucumber White Tea

  • Vetiver Essential Oil

  • Lavender Essential Oil

  • Frankincense Essential Oil

  • Moon Journal

  • Meditation

  • Candles

  • Crystals

  • Zen bath

Here is an essential oil blend you can add to your diffuser or make a roller bottle/spray to enjoy the energy this moon offers you! One of our favorite practices is finding an affirmation that aligns with our energetic intentions and using that as a mantra when we apply our oils, or add them to the diffuser.

This is also a wonderful time to practice meditation, and to find your own center of balance, whatever that may be. Below you will find a free Meditation download for this Full Moon in Libra, to help support you in finding your balance.

"One reason I practice meditation is to maintain my own balance and clarity of mind in the face of such huge challenges, and to be able to stay more or less on course through all the weather changes that, as a parent, I encounter day in and day out on this journey."

—Myla and Jon Kabat-Zinn

Following your meditation, take some time to journal out any inspirations or thoughts that may have come to you. Don’t judge yourself for what may flow out of your pen, now is the time to root into your authenticity, and allow yourself to flow freely. You can also use this time for deep contemplation, communicating your thoughts and words clearly to others, and teaching what you know to help provide value for your community. Remember, it’s not the time to judge. Find your balance, take a deep breath, and flow forward.
